Versaweb increases bandwidth allocations for managed servers

Dedicated hosting and colocation services provider Versaweb recently announced that they are increasing the allocations in bandwidth. Versaweb says that the bandwidth allocation increase will be for their dedicated hosting as well as colocation plans.
This, following the company’s transfer to Las Vegas’ VegasNAP, the said city’s premier Data Center. The transfer made possible Versaweb to leverage more competitive bandwidth provider partnerships.The new development is also deemed beneficial for all Versaweb existing clients. Most of the service plans of the company’s existing clients will be upgraded free of charge.
Those qualified for the upgrade will be notified over the next few days.”Since completing the migration into our new datacenter facility, we have been able to realize significant cost savings on bandwidth.
In appreciation of our customers, we decided to pass those savings along by increasing bandwidth allocations across the board,” said Rob Tyree, Vice President and CTO of Versaweb.Versaweb, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, also offers managed server services as well as unmanaged dedicated server options.
The company also offer UltraVPS or managed virtual private servers for various enterprises. The company, which has been in business since 2004, is also known for offering quad core, dual core and other services for managed servers. They have their own BGP4 multi-homed network and have the capacity to maintain their POP in a large datacenter in Las Vegas.
